What I liked

I love working with professionals in this field: claim adjusters, insurance policy producers, and licensed CSRs. The knowledge I have gained working in this environment has provided me with experiences that will help me succeed in my professional career.

What I wish was different

I do wish that NAU offered credit for internship programs or business jobs such as this one. My position at Farmers Insurance has helped me to apply the concepts learned in my business courses while providing real-world experiences.

Advice

Having a business-related job has elevated everything taught in my classes at the college. This experience has also allowed me to gain experience in a corporate-America environment with other professionals.
