Interns get a true 360-degree view of what it takes to build and run an independent artist career, with hands-on experience across digital marketing, tour management, artist management, social media and creative content, press and PR, and day-to-day admin.
This is a chance for students to put their music business education into action alongside Karen's team. Interns leave with practical experience, a portfolio of real work, and firsthand insight into what it takes to turn passion into a career in the music industry.
