Advice
Do some research on what Allen and the company have done for Central Arkansas and the state. Allen was talking about sustainability before it was cool and has been a transformative leader in the area.

What I liked
I liked how willing everyone was to listen to my ideas about what to do for microcontent to promote on social media.
What I wish was different
I wish I would've heard about the internship sooner so I could've done it all summer rather than for only 5 weeks.
Advice
Don't be afraid to speak up and tell your supervisor about ideas you have. Who knows? They might listen.
